    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Email Money Transfer
    The rate is based on 8 people. Additional $45 added for each person per night over 8 people.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $45.00 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 75.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
