    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is a full refund. Discuss shorter periods with Owner.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Cash
    If you cancel (for any reason) and we are able to re-rent your unit, you will receive a rebate (of the funds paid to us) equal to the amount we recover less a $50 handling fee. There will be no rebate if the unit is not re-rented. Portion you paid to 'Owner Direct' is not refundable.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
