From strategically placed windows (offering views of the gondola), to circular rooms... to solid Douglas Fir wood trim throughout the home. This home is truly stunning. There are 2 fireplaces (one wood, one propane), unique handmade light fixtures, heated floors throughout the main floor and all bathrooms. 14 foot high Log walls with Log trusses at the front. 6 person hot tub with cedar deck. Glass exterior handrails, for unobstructed views.

Take the #1 West from Calgary when heading to KHMR. Take the # 1 East from Golden.
Transit
There is a shuttle bus which goes back to Golden every afternoon.
Shopping and Dining
The walk is 5 minutes maximum to dining and shopping. The town of Golden which is 15 minutes by car, has many good restaurants and bars. There is also basic shopping with some specialty shops. Kicking Horse Mountain Resort has a Sushi bar, and a mainstream bar called the Extreme Peaks. There are a couple of restaurants as well.
Attractions
Radium Hot Springs is only 65 minute drive. Many many national parks nearby. There are many beautiful hiking trails, mountain bike trails, whitewater rafting, paragliding, ice fishing.
Golf Courses
There are 4 courses within a walking or driving distance. Unspecified are a 0 minute drive/taxi from the property.
Snow Skiing & Boarding
The nearest ski lifts are a 5 minute walk from the property.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Cancellation 45 days (or more) prior to arrival all payments are refunded.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 35 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
