A lovely, very well maintained two bedroom condo situated around a five minute walk from the ski lifts at Fernie Ski Resort. You can ski back in to the unit. It is very well furnished and comfortable, offering good value in an excellent position at the lovely Fernie Resort. Our rates are very competitive being at least 20% less than through rental agencies at most times. |

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). A good sized bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). A good sized bedroom with a bathroom immediately next door. Built-in wardrobe and cupboards.
Living Room
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). A proper sofa bed that is very comfortable.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The rear of the property is where the lounge is located. It can be accessed from patio doors to the deck area, where the hot tub can be found. The rear view is over an open grass area, (snow in the winter), which is not overlooked and is quiet.

Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Travelers Cheques Our preferred method of payment is to request the payment from you through PayPal to your email address, this is straight forward and simple, you do not need to have a PayPal account, then you can pay by credit/debit card and it is safe. The funds are transferred directly to our account. We can accept personal cheques preferably in UK Sterling amounts which we can advise, (at no extra cost). If you insist on paying in your own currency on a personal cheque we will advise the amount due based on the current exchange rates and we will add a banking charge for processing the cheque into our bank account, (this can be expensive). *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
