Special Conditions

Waiver: The guests sign a waiver that the operators shall not be liable for any such personal injury, death or property loss and waive all claims thereto. Also they shall agree that any children under age will be accompanied at or in the pool or ponds by an adult.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
