Six other world class ski resorts are all within a 1.5 hour drive from the Purcell Point including Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, Kicking Horse in Golden, Kimberley Ski Resort, Fernie Ski Resort, Lake Louise and Sunshine in Banff, AB. Heli-skiing is also available.

    • Lake is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The dock is public. Walking distance to the Kinsmen public beach on Lake Windermere. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Powerboat, Row Boat and Sailboat.
    • Nearby Attractions: Visit Lake Windermere to enjoy swimming, the kiddie park, boating, fishing, water sports, sandy beach and picnic area, walking and bike paths, tennis, volleyball or just relax. At the beach you will also find the Pynelogs Cultural Centre and Tea Room, a botanical garden and the fountain at Dorothy Lake. James Chabot Provincial Park is a 5 minute drive away where you will find a second beach area.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    If cancellation made less than 60 days prior to arrival, security deposit will be refunded, rental deposit will only be returned if unit is re rented for that period. Otherwise no refund of rental deposit. $250 damage deposit due at booking time, other $250 due 30 days prior to arrival.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
