Fully equipped kitchen with under floor heating and dining area for 4 person.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Pull Out (sleeps 2). 2 wardrobes, dresser, small table, stereo, and TV in the sleeping area.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Located in a quiet lane in a residential neighbourhood. It is situated on the ground floor with direct entrance off a nice enclosed courtyard with BBQ.
There is a fitness centre, pool and spa nearby for massages, facials and pedicures after a long fun-filled day!
• Nearest international airport: Krakow-Balice 15 kilometres. Nearest railway station: Krakow Glowny 1.5 kilometres. Car: not necessary.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are golf courses nearby Krakow.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are fantastic ski resorts nearby and in Zakopane area. It is less than 100 km. (The nearest ski resort is only about 20 km from Krakow.)
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are plenty of good shops and restaurants in the Old Town area. There are also: shop open 24 hours, bakery, open air market, hospital, pharmacy on site.
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of 10.00/pet/stay will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
