• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Two restaurants are in next door to the complex. The drive to Kralendijk town centre is about 5 minutes, or a 40 minute walk.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $24 per additional cleaning.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
