    All of the rent is required (21 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
