Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 85.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Group & Min. Age Policies

Adult guests must be 24 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.

Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee

A guest must request this optional service. Summer monthly rental rate does not include electricity or telephone. A utility fee is collected, (this is a non Owner-Direct transaction between owner and guest) then adjusted after utility costs are assessed

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: First night rent is non-refundable. From date of deposit to 120 days prior we can refund 90% of the fees for the remainder. At 120 days prior, only nights we are able to rebook are refundable, on the following scale, determined by the number of days left until your scheduled "in-date". Amount of the refund (Based on the total rebooked nights, less first night deposit): Cancellation date 120-60 days- 80% | 59-40 days- 70% | 39-30 days- 60% | 29-15 days- 50% | 15-7 days-40% | 6-1 days 30% | No refunds on cancellations notified on the in-date or later. Refunds are sent after your scheduled dates.

Cleaning During Stay

Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri,Sat during a stay.
