Walk outside and you're on the sand! The beachfront location makes it a perfect spot to enjoy the pleasure of Los Muertos beach, the best beach in Puerto Vallarta--jet-skiing, para-sailing, swimming in the ocean or just sitting under a palapa in one of the plentiful beach chairs. Los Muertos Beach is the best swimming beach, and the local favorite. It's where the village of Puerto Vallarta began. Floating tubes are available to rent, there are various boating activities, and a fishing pier. Find a palapa or stretch out on the sand. With beachside restaurants and vendors you can practically live right on the beach- eat, read, swim, shop and watch all the activity!

The airport is about a 1 minute drive/taxi from the property. The airport (code: PVR) is at the north end of town, with taxi and bus transportation to the unit.
Golf Courses
Golf courses are located to the north, easily accessible by bus or taxi. Some provide free transportation for tourists, from several departure points.
Shopping and Dining
The shops and restaurants are about a 5 minute walk from the property. This unit is not in the "Americanized" hotel zone and is best suited to the traveler who enjoys the culture of Old Town. The Los Muertos Beach area is filled with Mexicans, expats, tourists, schools, hotels, great restaurants and bars, bookstores, supermarkets, nightclubs, condominiums, banks, cigar stores, parks, bakeries, homes - and the most popular beach in Puerto Vallarta. A wonderful blend of old and new; laid back and bustling; a true 'neighborhood'. The flavor is international, with the Mexican relaxed pace and enjoyment of life. Absolutely everything is located within an easy walk. If the guest wants a quiet retreat from life- this is not it. It is in Old Town, where there is the usual bustle of town life. Onsite is a palapa-roofed beach front restaurant which has been one of Puerto Vallarta's favorites for over thirty years.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation policy: First night rent is non-refundable. From date of deposit to 60 days prior we can refund 90% of the fees for the remainder. At 60 days prior, only nights we are able to rebook are refundable, on the following scale, determined by the number of days left until your scheduled "in-date". Amount of the refund (Based on the total rebooked nights, less first night deposit): Cancellation date 59-50 days- 80% | 49-40 days- 70% | 39-30 days- 60% | 29-15 days- 50% | 15-7 days-40% | 6-1 days 30% | No refunds on cancellations notified on the in-date or later. Refunds are sent after your scheduled dates.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
