Depending on which activities you choose to occupy your time you will be immersed in the beauty of the Mountain Peaks of Pico Bonito which has the incredible beauty of the Rain forest, and the sounds of over 400 species of birds of Central America as well as the beautiful Turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea and the second largest Reef system in the world next to the Great Barrier Reef.
Nearby are the Ancient Copan Ruinas which dates as early as 450AD and the border of Guatemala only 12 km's from the incredible mountain village of Copan Ruinas.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $200 USD will apply. A fee of flexible will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $60 USD/week.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
