Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Payment is accepted by bank drafts or bank transfers in Euros, Sterling or Canadian Dollars by deposit to our French, British or Canadian bank accounts. For long-term or multiple unit bookings extraordinary deposit timing and amount may apply.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
