1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Main floor Master Suite with tiled bath. Has King Size bed and built in closets. TV is also available. Outside of this room is a spacious patio which has a wonderful view of the pool, gardens and marina. The lights of Puerto Vallarta sparkle at night.

There is a large sitting room (living room size)just outside this room and there is a deck that has a wonderful view of the pool, gardens, marina and the lights of Puerto Vallarta at night.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Main floor bedroom which is next to half bath. Very spacious room overlooking the gardens.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet and one basin.
The view from our Casa is spectacular. You overlook the new La Cruz Marina and can watch the coming and goings of the sailboats and the fishermen and their boats. You can even visit the dock early in the morning and buy fresh fish for the nights dinner. As you look over the Marina you see the town of Bucerias and the many hotels of the Flamingo Beach area.
Beyond that is the BEAUTIFUL Bay of Banderas and the city of Puerto Vallarta. And to frame it all are the spectacular Sierra Madre mountains. At night you can enjoy the lights of Puerto Vallarta from the deck.
• Puerto Vallarta International Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive. Access to the Casa is easy. Arrive at Puerto Vallarta International Airport. You can arrange a car with Gecko Rent a Car (English speaking) and they will pick you up at the airport and deliver you and your car to your destination.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Also with a little longer drive you will find many more restaurants and shops in the town of Bucerias. It is approximately a 10 minute drive.
• Beach is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is public. There is room for 121 boats. The new La Cruz Yacht Club Marina is directly in front of the house. It is open now and work is completed in our area. It has available moorage for many boats. The beach is a few steps away and we provide an umbrella and beach chairs.
• Nearby Attractions: Puerto Vallarta is a 20 minute drive with all the fun and nightlife of the big city. You can see the beautiful old town, the Malecon, and Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Vallarta Adventures is just a 15 minute drive away. They offer many daily tours such as: Swimming with the Dolphins, Getaway to Las Caletas, Boat trips and Snorkeling, Canopy Tours, ATV Tours, and many more. Fishing trips are popular and there are many golf courses in the area-- El Tigre is the most popular at Paradise Village.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $200 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
