Master Bedroom

2 Single/Twin Beds and 1 Single/Twin Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. Extremely large and bright bedroom with two full size single beds. There is a stowaway single bed which can be used to accomodate an additional person if required. Wall mounted plasma television set which enjoys some cable channels. Walk-in dressing area with full wall of wardrobe space. En suite bathroom with full size bath and shower. The bedroom has a large picture window which overlooks the pool area.

Bedroom

2 Single/Twin Beds. Good size twin bedroom. A very bright and stylish bedroom with two twin beds can easily be arranged as a double if required. Bedroom has a large window which overlooks the pool area.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.

View

The apartment has a large south facing balcony with views over the swimming pool and lake. All bedrooms also enjoy this view.

More Information

The apartment enjoys free use of a large communal swimming pool and children's pool. Only apartments in the condominium enjoy this privilege. Leading from the lounge there is a large terrace which is fully furnished with a large dining table and chairs and two comfortable sun loungers. The apartment also has a utility area which is completely separate from the main terrace which is equipped with clothes line for drying and also provides additional storage.

Distances

• The apartment is approximately 40 KM from Faro airport. There is a train station within a five minute walk which services all major towns in the Algarve includng Faro and further afield destinations like Lisbon and Spain.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). An ideal base for golfers, the town of Lagos offers a a host of magnificent golf courses. Palmares - 5 minute drive. BoaVista - 10 minute drive. Parque de Floresta - 20 minute drive. Slightly further afield there is the Penina and Alto courses which are about a 30 minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Within a five minute walk of the apartment you will enjoy a variety of excellent bars and restaurants. A further five minute walk will take you to the historic old town of Lagos with its many shops, restaurants and bars.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The apartment is approximately a 10 minute walk to the beach along a safe and flat pathway.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
