The exceptionally large balcony is ideal for al fresco dining in total privacy and overlooks the swimming pool and sun terrace, which are for the use of apartment occupants only. Golfers and activity enthusiasts are spoilt for choice - beach lovers will enjoy choosing between the superb beaches around Lagos, including Meia Praia, the nearest one to the apartment, with 4km of beautiful soft sand. Golf courses in the region are amongst the top in Europe. Lagos town boasts a large variety of restaurants providing inexpensive meals and enticing local dishes. The Marina area has several cafes, restaurants and shops - the perfect place to idle away an hour or two. The exciting new Algarve Motor Circuit is only 15 mins drive away.

Front entrance has a video-entry phone. Apartment has a central vac system. Full tiled bathrooms and floors. Underground large lockable garage and outside parking spaces. Now Available, broadband ADSL internet service at the apartment. Apartment has a safe installed for passports etc Sky TV provided. Low cost car hire from Lisbon or Faro.(ask for details and rates)when booking our apartment. The apartment has a man and woman's bikes (brand new), Towels and linens provided The average weather in Nov -Dec is around 64 but due to the strong sun raise in the Algarve during this time of year it feels much warmer.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby. There are many local Golf courses in the area. Just a 5 minute drive from the apartment is Palmares Golf Course, which is one of the most spectacular courses with stunning views looking down across Lagos, the beaches and further west.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). It is a short walk from the apartment to the town center. It is lined with palm trees and you can enjoy the wonderfull shops, cobbled streets and the great food served at the numerous restaurants. If you like to go out in the evening without having to drive, then simply use the Lagos center taxi service. It is around 5 euros each way to and from the apartment.
• Ocean is located within a 10 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. You can walk or drive down to the local beach. There are many beaches in the area to explore

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
