Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
