Our unit is a Garden View where you can experience the tranquil sound of the waterfall from the Pond (with Koi fishes) from our Lanai which provides a romantic privacy, where you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast, lunch or dinner and a few drinks. "MATAI" and walk afew steps to the beach and the lounge area chairs to enjoy the Sunset View, Moonrise or watch the stars while you enjoy with the surroundings.

Maui is 'magic Isle', an adventurer’s favourite. You and your family can immerse yourself in varied activities such as snorkeling~ an underwater garden, hiking to a tumbling water fall in the exotic blooms in a great green rain forest, a moonlight walk on a tropical beach. Our resort is surrounding by a lush garden on the West side of Maui, a palm shaded oceanfront gateway. Abundant amenities will keep your family engaged in tropical play that continues as you venture out to explore. Whale watching, magical sunrise and sunsets, shopping for island treasures or exploring breathtaking sites will round-out your relaxing stay. Sleep four and completely furnished, it will feel like your home away from home.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal
A $250 deposit is required at the time of reservation, confirmation of the reservation will send to you at the time we will received the monies and sign agreement that it will be sent to you by E-mail, 30 days prior arrival balance most be completed and driving directions and access code will be send by e-mail
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 25.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of Ask for rate.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
