The view is of beautiful tropical gardens, the beach, and the ocean. You look down upon the tropical gardens and palm trees and past that to the beach and ocean. You can sit and watch Maui's fabulous sunsets or catch the whales playing in the ocean.

More Information

There is a lanai (balcony), with a table and chairs. Air conditioning is not necessary as we get trade winds off of the West Maui Mountains rainforest. All island telephone calls are free, off-island phone calls must be made via credit card. There is also a complete work out gym next to the building for a nominal charge. There is a swimming pool for the complex. There is a barbeque area next to the pool.

• The Kahului International Airport is a 30 minute drive to the unit. Most airlines fly into the Kahului airport as it is the main airport. The code for it is OGG. Kapalua Airport is a 5 minute drive away. It is a small airport. The code is JHL.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Maui has some of the best and most scenic golf courses in the world. Imagine playing a course where the backdrop is the Pacific ocean! There are more than 15 fabulous golf courses on Maui. Most are within a few minutes and the farthest is about 40 minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Rental cars are available at Kahului airport. Be sure to get a driving guide from the car rental agency. If you don't drive, contact owner for transportation options from the airport. Restaurants and shopping are across the street from the condo. Just minutes by car to world famous Lahaina town or Whaler's Village.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The condo is 150 ft. from the ocean. You can sit on the lanai and watch the whales playing in the ocean during the winter months. You can watch the parasailers or ships and see the island of Molokai or the island of Lana'i across the ocean. The sunsets are fabulous, right from your own lanai. You can fall asleep to the gentle sound of the ocean.

Payment Details

5 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
