Great location and best value on a quiet property. Located away from the tourist hubbub but only minutes away from the beaches, seven exceptional golf courses, Lahaina City and front street and all the art and tourist shops along with many restaurants.

Only a 1 minute walk to the ocean with many beaches north and south to choose from. A mall is behind the property featuring four restaurants and a McDonalds and a convenience store. You can drive to the mall - about a minute or walk to the mangate about 100 yards south of the unit. Featuring two swimming pools and a tennis court.

There is one window A/C unit in second bedroom, however an AC is not really needed as the Tradewinds keep the unit cool day and night.

Downstairs Unit - Parking Space to the Left of Entrance

Lania on the Left - Pool is about Twenty Paces from Lanai. about 60 Paces to Pool Gate at the other End.

Kitchen - Full of Cooking Tools. Uses Ice Trays. Large Size Freezer and Refrigerator
