These condos are located on the best part of the best island!
This condo has one bedroom with a queen size bed,queen sized sofa sleepers in the living rooms, large lanai's facing the ocean, dining rooms, full kitchens with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher all appliances including a washer/dryer and high speed internet access. Linen is provided. This condo is suitable for children. There is an outdoor pool, with a barbeque area next to it. Ceiling fans, free on island telephone service, answering machine, TV with VCR. Rooms are light & airy with open views.

    There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen. There is a BBQ. There is a lanai (balcony), with a table and chairs. Air conditioning is not necessary as there is a constant breeze from the ocean. All island telephone calls are free, off-island phone calls must be made via credit card. There is also a complete work out gym next to the building for a nominal charge. There is a swimming pool for the complex.

    • The Kahului International Airport is a 30 minute drive to the unit. Most airlines fly into the Kahului airport as it is the main airport. The code for it is OGG. Kapalua Airport is a 5 minute drive away. It is a small airport. The code is JHL.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Some of the best golf courses in the world are on Maui. The closest are about 5 minutes away by car. There are more than 15 fabulous courses. The farthest would be about 40 minutes away.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Rental cars are available at Kahului airport. Be sure to get a driving guide from the car rental agency. If you don't drive, contact owner for transportation options from the airport. Restaurants and shopping are across the street from the condo.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The condo is 150 ft. from the ocean. You can sit on the lanai and watch the whales playing in the ocean during the winter. You can see and hear the ocean from the unit.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    5 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payment by: Personal Check - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Check - Discover Card - Cash
    $50.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 8 days during a stay.
