1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). New queen size bed, two nightstands with drawer space, one large dresser, ceiling and desk fans, large closet with mirrored sliding doors, high louvered windows for cross-ventilation, and sliding louvered doors for privacy. 1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). New (2004) queen sofa-bed upholstered in a tropical print. Ceiling and desk fans and sliding glass doors/screens leading to the large lanai. Large easy chair and small desk. One entire wall is mirrored floor-to-ceiling, creating a feeling of spaciousness and reflecting both the garden grounds/pool and the ocean. Table and four chairs in the dining area.

Bathroom 1 has hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and no basins.

The unit faces south and has a direct view of the pool and the tropical garden grounds. The partial view of the ocean can be seen from both the large lanai and the unit interior. The shoreline is only steps from the unit. There are a great many beautiful coconut palms throughout the complex. Gorgeous views of the islands of Moloka'i and Lana'i are easily seen from the two terraces on the property, and sunsets can be enjoyed every evening at "happy hour". During the winter season, whales are highly visible and routinely seen from the many vantage points on the property.

A 'complex' is either a condo, walled community, lodge, apartment or townhouse development.

• KAHULUI-(OGG) Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Thirty miles along scenic coastal road and through beautiful green sugar cane fields. Driving time is about 45 minutes.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 6 golf course(s) nearby. World class golf courses at Ka'anapali and Kapalua are located within a 10 minute drive of the complex. Several other outstanding courses are available throughout the island, and are within a 30 minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Most guests rent a vehicle so they can access the wide variety of shops and restaurants throughout the area. Our unit is situated on the waterfront in the Village of Honokowai, which is midway between, and about two miles from Ka'anapali and Kapalua, and about four miles north of LahainaTown. A large grocery supermarket and several small convenience shops/restaurants are within easy walking distance---less than a mile.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. The beach directly fronting the complex is adequate for swimming, and quite good for snorkeling. Excellent sandy beaches with all the amenities and world class snorkeling and scuba diving are easily accessed within 10 minutes drive in either direction. Large beach towels are provided. 50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.

$50 discount for payment-in-full at the time of reservation, if more than 60 days in advance. In the event of cancellation, more than 30 days in advance, you have the option of receiving full credit for a comparable stay at another time, or receiving a payment in full, less a $100 fee.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of NEGOTIABLE.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
