Nestled in the Heart of Lake Oswego-Just Steps Private Lake and Willamette River

Come relax with family and friends in beautiful and historical Lake Oswego. Surrounded by tall fir trees, is this home. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath with outside patio entertaining area. Walk to boutiques, restaurants and shopping, enjoy nearby running & biking trails through Tryon Creek, jog around the Lake, and fun activities for the entire family. The home and it's guests can enjoy the private lake easement with canoeing and kayaking, and Lakeside Barbequing.
Our outdoor patio area easily seats 12 guests around the harvest table, and has a gas fireplace for late night Smores under the covered patio. Enjoy lazy days in the sun with sun loungers for 4 or take a snooze in the hammock under the shade trees.
Summer Concerts in the park....just six blocks away, Farmer's Market every Saturday Memorial Day through October. Fabulous dining including local fair, Oswego Hills Winery (5 miles), indoor and outdoor bistros, local Family Irish Bar with live music throughout the week. Walking distance to Willamette River, George Roger's Park, Millenium Park and beautiful Lake Oswego. 20 Minute Tram ride to downtown Portland where you can celebrate the Blues Festival, The Bite and Portland Rose Festival.
One hour to ski Mt. Hood, World Class wineries and the Willamette Valley is just a short drive. Enjoy day trips to the Oregon Coast, Mt. St. Helen's, and the Columbia Gorge. Come Relax, Stay and Play!!!!
