Characteristic stone-built house (130 m2) obtained from the careful and highly personalised restoration of an ancient water mill. Set on a hill immersed in woods with marked routes ideal for walks and mountain bike excursions. Particularly peaceful position. The house is surrounded by several panoramic terracings, set on different levels and crossed by several streams, some of which flow along routes which were carved out of the rock in order to carry the water to the mill. On one of the upper terracings in a panoramic position is a beautiful swimming pool (8x4) (1/5-30/10) with equipped sun terrace. Equipped terrace for outdoor dining. Barbecue. Parking. Access to the house along 300 m of uphill dirt track road. In the wood grove of the property is an equipped picnic area from where you can access a high waterfall of 20m. Parking. DISTANCES: 700 m from the new archaeological Etruscan park of Roccaripesena, 1.5 km food shops, 2 km tennis courts, 4 km Orvieto, 22 km Lake Bolsena (bathing, free and equipped beaches). From Orvieto railway station you can get to Rome Termini station in just an hour (there is a train every hour).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
