Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 29 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
