There is a fully equipped kitchen, with everything necessary for all sorts of cooking.
2 King Beds (sleeps 4). Large master bedroom with wood beamed ceilings, king size wrought iron bed and bedside tables and mirrored closets with lots of closet space.
1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). The second bedroom has the advantage as it has an en-suite bathroom, complete with shower unit, bidet, toilet, hand basin and lake views.
1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). Comfy double sofa bed, with wonderful lake views from the living room, you won't want to sleep!!!
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, one basin and bidet.
From our apartment you can enjoy wonderful 180 degree lake views which include, Bellagio, the Balbianello promomtory, the Isola Comacina (only island on Lake Como), and the lovely village of Argegno. Looking south, the southern branch of the lake. North, the beautiful mountains, often snow capped.
Plenty of closet space. Open plan kitchen/dining and living area and a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy "al fresco" dining and sunbathing in complete privacy, while admiring the natural beauty of this paradise on earth. The terrace is equipped with dining table and six chairs, sun loungers, and 'swing chair'. Only a 15 minute drive away from Cernobbio, the world famous hotel Villa D'este, and the famous Villa Erba, where many exhibitions and trade fairs are held, the City of Como is a 20 minute drive away and of course Como is the silk capital of Italy. The parking spot is above the villa with 10-12 steps down to the door of the apartment.
• Airports: Milan Malpensa, 45 minute drive. Milan Linatte, 1 hours drive. Milan, Orio al Serio, 1 1/2 hour drive. Rail station: Como S. Giovanani, 20 minute drive. Nearest highway intersection: Como Nord (A9), 20 minute drive.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). We are lucky to have several world class golf courses close by. The Menaggio 18 hole world class golf course is 20 minutes away. The 'Villa D'Este' 18 hole world class golf course is a 40 minute drive. The Montorfono 18 hole world class golf course is also a 40 minute drive.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Local ski resorts are within 20 minute drive, the bigger resorts are about a 2 hour drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The walk to Argegno, where you can find the local store, restaurants, bars, post office, bank, pharmacy, ferry stop is about 10 minutes downhill and 20 minutes uphill walk.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. The apartment has beautiful lake views and is a 10 minute walk from the lake front. There are several beaches dotted along the lake. The closest is in Argegno, where there is a safe swimming area 'The Lido', there is a small cost for the use and there is a snack bar and pizzeria here.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 14 or more days prior to arrival, pymts(less 15) refunded. Less days if re-rented.

• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of . A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of 50.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
