The home is a few steps, across a quiet rural road, from the beach and dock. There are good swimming conditions dependent upon the season. The beach, composed of small pebbles, slopes at a gradual angle into crystal clear water. There is a buoy adjacent to the private dock for tying up a boat. Access to the boat is from the dock. A boat launch facility is within 200 meters. The dock is approximately 90' long with a 14' x 12' platform at the end. Beach Equipment: Water Trampoline.

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
