Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Owner will consider extra persons. A double foam mattress is available or guests can bring an air mattress.

1 Double Bed (Lower Level of Bunk) and 1 Single/Twin Bed (Upper Level of Bunk). This bedroom is 8'3" by 10'8". The room faces north. It contains a computer with high speed internet access, a printer and desk. The bed is a pine bunkbed, single over double. 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The size of the master bedroom is 13'6" by 8'10". It faces south and contains a pine bedroom suite. The carpet is a light tan. The master bedroom is the only bedroom located on the upper floor. 1 Queen Bed. This bedroom is located on the lower level and contains a queen bed and dresser. The room size is 8'4" by 13'. The view from the window is of a rock face. 1 Double Bed (Lower Level of Bunk) and 1 Single/Twin Bed (Upper Level of Bunk). This bedroom is 9'3" by 9'4". It contains a pine bunk bed and has a window that faces west to the lake.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

The residence faces the west. During the summer months the sun crests the hills behind the orchards at 7:00A.M. and sets over the hills across the lake at approximately 8:00PM. Homes are located either side of the property. The rear of the property is lawn with a few fruit trees. Across the road are the orchards. The front of the property is lawn with two enormous willow trees. The width of the lake at this point is approximately 10 KM with trees and hills on the opposite side. The community of Fintry is located directly across the lake.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Carr's Landing Road is a rural road located on the east side of Okanagan Lake. The distance to Winfield where restaurants, liquor, fast food and gas outlets are located is 12 KM. The residence is located halfway between Kelowna and Vernon, the distance to each being approximately 34 KM. Gray Monk Estate Winery which has a restaurant is located within 8KM. Predator Ridge Golf Resort which has a restaurant is located 10KM away.
• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is rocky. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is private. There is room for 1 boats. Okanagan Lake is located within 8 feet of the residence Plenty of life jackets are supplied by the owner. A floating dock is situated beyond the end of the dock. There is buoy near the dock you can use for moorage. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Row Boat.

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
