    Children must be supervised by an adult in the pool area at all times. Deck height above ground level is approx 10ft. Length of stay minimum can be negotiated. Property is for sale but rest assured all bookings will be honoured. Suite viewings may be requested by owner, but access is entirely up to the renter at their convenience!!

    • Beach is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Ocean 500 miles, Wood Lake and beach is 500 ft from the unit. Kalamalka Lake is approximately 5 minutes by both walking and driving (people can go where cars can't).
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
