The kitchen is spacious with a open dining area, large island and walk in pantry. It is fully equipped with all of the small appliances, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There are exceptional views of the lake and of the natural woodlands on the property from the kitchen and dining areas. And with the two decks on the front of the home complete with sitting areas (one with dining table/chairs) breakfast on the deck is a great way to start the day.

Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed. Spacious bedroom with jetted tub overlooking the lake and outdoor pool. There is a large ensuite with shower, pedestal sink, toilet, walk in closet and washer/dryer. All linens supplied. Carpeted bedroom and tiled bathroom. Room for a playpen for young child to sleep. (Playpen must be provided by renters).

Bedroom

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Spacious and bright with closet, bureau, and night stand.

Family Room

2 Double Futon Beds (sleeps 4). The large family room is located on the lower level with 2 futons.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet and one basin.

View

Fabulous view of Okanagan lake and out to the mountains in the distance. The home overlooks the lake. The peaceful country setting of this gorgeous accommodation is close to Kelowna, Winfield and Vernon. With the two large decks which overlook the Lake and the pool and large windows everywhere in the home, the beauty of the property and nearby land is impressive. Gardens with a variety of flowers (60 plus roses and many others) are worth taking in as well.

More Information

A BBQ is supplied by the pool with a large eating area and a fire pit to roast marshmallows in the evening. The property is partially landscaped and partially natural for a relaxing setting in the fresh country air.

There is a beautiful view of Okanagan Lake from the large windows of the home and from the deck. The lake is a 5 minute walk away. Coral Beach and Kopje Provincial Park are only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the property. Coral Beach has a dock, boat launch, picnic tables and tennis court, free of charge. Kopje Park has historial building, a beach, large picnic area and play area.
Nearby Attractions: Wineries and orchards are only a few minutes away. World class golfing and dining at Prediator Ridge is 5 minutes.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 10 per day will apply.
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Pool heat is included in rates.
