One small pet allowed - must be approved by owner first. Non-smoking house - smoking allowed outside. Large concrete tiled patio with gazebo, patio swing, table and 4 chairs, lounger and gas BBQ. View of lake and forest from patio. Electric lanterns provided for night-time romance. Welcoming gift from local winery and a multitude of brochures and local area attraction information.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
