We are located minuets from Okanagan Lake beach and boat launch, 2 minuets from the famous Grey Monk and Arrow leaf winery, hiking trail access nearby, abundant ,fishing, short distances to premier golf courses, short drives to Wood and Kalamalka lakes and other local attractions. We are located centrally between Vernon and Kelowna. Our billiards room include a pool table, foes ball table, dart board, mini putting green and games.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
