1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). Sunny, southwest corner room with adjacent sunroom and private patio. Lake view on three sides, french doors, walk-out to shaded, treed yard. Living room has TV, DVD player, radio, phone, futon bed, arm chairs.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of SUPERVISED PET will apply. A fee of $20 PER NIGHT REFUNDABLE will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
