1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). All new furnishings and beautiful German-made flooring. A brand new sofa bed and sofa are positioned to take full advantage of the lake view. A separate desk area is included to access the wireless Internet. Bring your laptop and keep in touch back at home.

Spectacular, expansive view of Lake from bedrooms, living room and garden. Relax in the patio furniture and enjoy the morning or afternoon sun. It is very quiet and romantic setting for an Okanagan getaway. Wineries, ski hills, lake activities are very close to this country, yet central location between Kelowna and Vernon.

More Information

Children must be supervised by an adult in the pool area at all times. Pool deck height above ground level is approx 5 ft. All other locations are on grade level. No groups under 28 years of age. Beautiful lake view acreage with new large outdoor pool. Absolutely no smoking on the premises.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Direct Bank Deposit
25% of the rent is required to complete booking. Balance is due 45 days in advance, prior to arrival. Credit card is used for security deposit of $ 500.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 6 years old.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
