This unit is a tastefully decorated self serve accommodation offering large rooms with new beds, a cozy living room with TV/VCR/DVD, wireless internet access, telephone, mini kitchen, laundry and a designer bathroom with a jacuzzi and a towel warmer. We have 2 separate outdoor seating areas for guests. Enjoy our rural location with fantastic gardens and over 30 varieties of roses and many gardens. Relax amongst the views of mountains and 2 lakes.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
