2 Single Lower Bunk Beds (sleeps 2) and 2 Single Upper Bunk Beds (sleeps 2). These beds are found in the Bunk-house, which is 25 meters from the house. The bunk house has a dead bolt lock.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

The 180 degree view from the family room, dining room, and outside balcony directly overlook the backyard lawn, beach, dock, Cowichan Lake and mountains. The view from the kitchen overlooks the side yard lawn.
The view from the entrance and master bedroom is the front lawn and garden with the island mountains in the background.
More Information
There is a private fire-pit beside the beach. It is a 90 minute drive from Victoria, with easy access from Seattle or Vancouver.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Policies
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided. • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 100.00 will apply. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
