Our 2,000 square foot Deluxe Lake View Suite features a spacious, open concept kitchen, dining and living area with vaulted ceilings. A third floor family room loft with 2 double beds looks over the living room. Three elegant bedroom suites with new queen size beds. A jacuzzi jetted tub and steam shower in one of the two bathrooms. Private yard. A seasonal creek beside the house in the forest. This is one of two suites available in the house, which can be combined.

Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
Special Conditions
You do not have to wash all the sheets, make the beds, or clean bathrooms, etc., before you leave, but we expect the house to be tidy to ensure we have time to prepare it for the next guests. The beds need to be stripped of sheets, and placed along with used towels in the laundry room. The kitchen needs to be left the way you found it with everything clean and put away.

Please note: There is NO cable/satellite, phone or internet service at the property at any time of the year.

More Information
Washer and dryer available for long term rentals only. This deluxe lake view suite (2,000 square feet) has 3 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each, a third floor loft with two double beds (very large area), living room with three futons. The Deluxe Lake View Suite sleeps up to 16. Steam shower and jacuzzi tub. Gourmet style kitchen with a propane BBQ grill built into the breakfast bar. Vaulted ceiling. Balcony with a view of the lake and mountains. Private yard. Note that Whole House can also be rented for larger groups of up to 22 people. One minute walk to sandy beach on Lake Cowichan with great playground and seasonal lifeguard.

Distances
• The Duncan train station is a 30 minute drive away. Victoria airport is a two hour drive. Nanaimo airport is a one hour drive.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The golf course is located on Highway 18, less than one hour away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The Youbou mini mart is a 10 second drive from the house. Youbou is a ten minute drive from the town of Lake Cowichan which features restaurants, cafes and grocery stores.
• Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock and boat lift. A two minute walk to the water. Across the street from a popular beach called Arbutus Park. It is the only beach in Lake Cowichan that has a lifeguard full time. The park also has swing set and picnic area.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
Damage deposit is payable in cash or bank draft only. Deposit will be mailed back to you in the form of a cheque less the cost of any damage to the property. If the house is not left in the condition it was found, additional cleaning charges will be deducted from the damage deposit.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
