Special Conditions
Nightly rates are available with a 2 night minimum and any day check-in. Except the months of July and Aug. when there is 7 night minimum, Friday check-in/out (7 night blocks only).
Maximum Occupants
Spring Break and Easter are considered Shoulder/Mid. Season Rate. Children under the age of 5 stay for free 10 persons

Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque If you cancel anytime, deposit is not refunded. If you rebook another date within the year 100% minus a $50. filing fee is credited. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $50 will apply. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
