Ancient 18th century complex characterised by an ancient courtyard, which the structure is built around, and its Palladian style villa. Part of the complex has been renovated, creating 15 cosy apartments. Adjacent to the structure is a golf course (18 holes) that also includes a sports complex with special treatment for the guests (tennis court, covered swimming pool, health/wellness centre, five-a-side pitch, restaurant and pizzeria). Shared: oudoor areas, swimming pool (5x16), laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer). Included in the price: final cleaning, mid-weekly cleaning of the apartments. Internet access. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
