The property is completely fenced-in (2600 m2) and includes a swimming pool (14x4.5) (26/5-29/9), barbecue, garden furniture for outdoor dining, car park. The villa's position allows you to enjoy a splendid panorama of the lake and the surrounding towns as well as of Mount Baldo in the background (well known botanical garden - cableway).
It is possible to book the villa for 15 sleeping spaces under the name MARIACARLA 15, in this case 2 other twin bedded rooms one of which with an additional 3rd bed will be made available. Internet access. It is possible to have breakfast (12 Euro/person). The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
