Large Beautiful Lakeside Vacation Home.

Beautiful home, located in one of the most desirable subdivisions on the Lake.
Our subdivision, Myrick Estates, comes with its own public golf course, and the largest public boat landing. Our large bonus filled property comes with lots of room for you and your guests. The main living room has exposed wood beams with its gorgeous view of the lake through the large sliding glass doors. An enclosed glass porch begins your journey along a stamped concrete path. Along the sides are stone walls and a gorgeous entertaining area,complete with fireplace and barbecue area. Boathouse is cool.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (15 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
