• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). Groomed cross country ski trails are outside the door. Downhill skiing is less than a 15 minute drive as is the drive to the Olympic cross country site.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The beach on Mirror Lake and scenic downtown Lake Placid with a choice of restaurants, shops and the Olympic Arena are within a 5-10 minute walk. Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $350 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
