A perfect condominium for 1 or 2 families. It's nicely decorated with new carpeting, furnishings, mattresses, and accessories. New Hot Tub on our Deck with a great view of the Sierras and the Stars!

In the summertime...Enjoy the Swimming Pool that's seldom crowded. Bike, Raft and Fish along the Truckee River. Great Hiking! Squaw Valley also runs their tram year round.

Bed Summary
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). Master Bedroom on the 3rd Floor has a Simmons Beauty-rest Queen Mattress Set. There's also a full size futon sofa in a separate area of the master bedroom. There's also a full master bathroom with tub and shower.
Bedroom
1 Queen Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Pull Out (sleeps 1). Bedroom on the 2nd Floor has a Log Bunk Bed with a Twin xl on top and a queen on the bottom. There's also a twin mattress under the bunk bed that can be pulled out.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom on the 2nd Floor has a queen Simmons Beauty-rest Mattress Set.

Our unit has a great deck with a hot tub. You'll love the view of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the stars at night. The Truckee River is within 100 yards of our unit.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). We're close to everything...about a 10 minute drive to Alpine Meadows Ski Resort and Squaw Valley USA. We're 10 miles from Homewood Ski Resort. All of the ski shuttles pick up and drop off close to our unit.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 1 minute(s). The River Ranch is a quaint lodge that is on the bank of the Truckee River. They offer patio dining and indoor dining and have a great bar. Across the street is the Crest Deli that can make you a wonderful sack lunch for your day's journey. There's so many great things to do within minutes of our condo that you'll be amazed!
• Lake is located within a 10 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: The North Shore of Lake Tahoe is about a 10 minute drive where you'll find great public beaches. You can even rent bikes and take the bike path along the Truckee River all the way to Lake Tahoe. The Truckee River offers rafting, fishing, and swimming in the Summertime. You'll enjoy picnics along the Truckee River too.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
