This is the perfect getaway. We've remodeled everything including a brand new kitchen with slab granite counters, new bathrooms, new appliances, and a high efficiency front loading washer/dryer.
You'll love the location. We're about a mile from downtown Tahoe City and right on the bike path so you can bike into town. The walk to the beach is an easy 10 min level walk through some "Old Tahoe" neighborhoods. There's tennis courts, grass areas, 2 swimming pools and a hot tub. Walk to Skylandia State Park which has great picnic areas, great views, a sandy beach, dock and restroom facilities.

Our condo is in a complex with lots of trees and grass areas. When you walk outside of our condo, you'll enjoy views of the forest and of a large grassy meadow.

• Lake is located within a 5 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: There's tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, a hot tub and grass areas in our complex that would be about a 2 minute walk from our unit. Skylandia State Park is a 10 minute walk that takes you on a path thru the forest and down to a nice beach and pier on Lake Tahoe. There's picnic and restroom facilities here plus an awesome view of the lake. If you like bike riding, there's a great bike trail that can take you into Tahoe City and along the west shore of Lake Tahoe or along the Truckee River to Squaw Valley. You can also rent rafts in Tahoe City and take a leisurely raft trip down the Truckee River. There's tons of activities available...you won't be bored!
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Cash
Some time frames may require a 4 or more night minimum stay.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
