• Reno NV airport is an hour and 15 minute drive. Charter flights are available into South Lake Tahoe airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Many golf courses within 15 minutes drive.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 30 minute(s). Heavenly is just minutes from the house.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Plenty of shopping and dining close by.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Lake Tahoe is just minutes from the house. Short walk to trout creek.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
