Incredible view of the stars at night in the clear cool mountain air sitting in front of the warm fire from the over-sized cast iron chimney in the back yard or from the enclosed hot tub with a clear roof.

    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of $10/day will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of $65 cleaning fee may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
