Completely enclosed, cedar plank fenced, double lot sized back yard. Ideal for kids or pets to safely run and play in the snow or sun. The view is of towering majestic Jeffrey pine trees from a secluded 1930's era original log cabin with the ski slopes in the background and the lake hidden by the woods but just two blocks walk through the woods away. Incredible view of the stars at night in the clear cool mountain air sitting in front of the warm fire from the over-sized cast iron chimney in the back yard or from the enclosed hot tub with a clear roof.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of $10/day will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of $65 cleaning fee may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
