    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (90 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $50.00 will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25/hour, 2-hour minimum.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
