    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). 4 Poster Rice Bed by Thomasville. This bedroom is beautifully decorated in Sage, Creams and Burgundy. The bedding is new and of high quality. The Cherry wood furniture will make you feel at home.

    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). 4 Poster Twisted solid wood bed with a Leather headboard and Rachel Ashwells Boutique Line of Shabby Chic Original Vintage Floral. This bedroom is truly Romantic.

    1 Twin Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). The Grizzly bedroom has to solid Pine Bunk Beds that will accommodate any adult and the kids will love. Done in Woolrich Wheats and soothing Blues the comfy plaids and suedes will comfort you after a long day at play.

    1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). This 4th Bedroom is the Multitasker. It doubles as a playroom for the kids when they want to play PS2 or play a board game and turns into the perfect nights sleep at night. All the bedrooms in the House have huge Walk-in closets...!

This home is in a family friendly neighborhood and is surrounded by other single family homes. This home is the only two story house on the street so you have unobstructed views from the second story. The back yard has a huge pine tree with a family of tree squirrels that live in it.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Cash
    Returned check fee is $35.00 and any additional payments must be made with certified funds (credit card, bank check, money order).
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of depends but full cleaning is $130.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
