• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. This home has a private beach. The beach is protected by a large rock jetty. There is also a large deck ringed with glass panels, perfect for entertaining and an evening meal.
All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

$35.00 fee for any change of reservation. If maximum occupants is exceeded, guest may be liable to pay additional rent or may have to vacate the unit.
