Ancient tower from 1190 that is part of the picturesque medieval hamlet Mantignana, situated on the upper part of a hill. The accommodation is located in the historic centre which is closed off to traffic. Peaceful position. From the sun terrace you can enjoy a panoramic 360° view of the green hills. At the foot of the tower is a garden (300 m2) that is well kept and equipped for outdoor dining. It is possible to go on horseback riding excursions. Parking on the small road next to the tower's garden. DISTANCES: 20 m from the historic centre of Mantignana, 7 km Lake Trasimeno (bathing), 30 km Assisi, 45 km Gubbio and Cortona, 70 km Arezzo.
ACCOMMODATION: (150 m2) Gr. fl.: dining room with direct access to the garden, kitchen corner (oven, freezer, washing machine), 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: living room (TV) with double sofa bed (140 cm). 2nd fl.: 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with bath. 3rd fl.: living room. 4th fl.: panoramic sun terrace.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
